You can modify your TP plan shipments by going to your plan page. It's easy to change your delivery frequency and shipping preferences. You can edit your shipping address, and payment information on 'your details' page.
We try to ship our orders as quickly as possible, which means we might not catch your order in time to adjust or cancel it. If you just placed an order, drop us an email at email@example.com. If you're on a subscription plan, you can change the timing of your shipments on your plan page.
We'd hate to see you go, but if you must. You can cancel your plan on Your Details page, by clicking cancel plan under "profile" on the left of your screen. You can always modify or edit your current plan by going to your plan page.
